At R & T RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT, we are seeking a skilled Administrative Team Lead to join our team. As an Administrative Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and managing a team of administrative staff.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
Job Description:- Manage the Administrative Team: Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of administrative staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their work tasks.
- Develop Administrative Policies and Procedures: Work with senior management to develop and update the company's administrative policies and procedures to ensure they align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Office Facilities Management: Responsible for managing the company's office facilities, including office space, equipment, supplies, etc., to ensure employees have a safe, comfortable, and efficient working environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Work with suppliers to ensure the company's office supplies and equipment are adequately supplied and coordinate budgets and expenditures with the finance department.
- Document and Record Management: Responsible for managing the company's documents and records, including contracts, reports, archives, etc., to ensure their security, integrity, and easy access.
- Meeting and Event Organization: Assist in organizing meetings and events inside and outside the company, including conference room reservations, itinerary arrangements, material preparation, etc.
- Employee Relationship Management: Maintain good communication and cooperation with employees, solve employee problems and needs, and provide necessary support and guidance.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess the risks that the administrative department may face and take appropriate measures to reduce risks.
- Company external administrative affairs: Organize and coordinate various meetings and employee activities of the company, be responsible for external liaison work, and handle various certificates and licenses required by the company.
- Draft and archive company-related documents: Draft and archive company-related documents, collect and organize internal information of the company, and organize and compile company events in a timely manner.
- Manage important qualification certificates of the company: Manage important qualification certificates of the company.
