Job Summary:
Sales and Administrative Executive/Senior Executive at Crestar Learning Centre. Drive student enrollment, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our learning centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Enrollment

  • Prospect Generation: Actively source new leads through databases, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry and management, including follow-up on inquiries.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Monitor and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Planning and Execution: Collaborate with center heads to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed sales reports to management.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.

Customer Service and Administration

  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.
  • Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and address issues promptly.
  • Customer Support: Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Parent Engagement: Organize events and initiatives to foster stronger parent relationships and increase student retention.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data maintenance.

Other Duties

  • Project Involvement: Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors or management.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is SGD $50,000 - SGD $70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive training program, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer service roles.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational Ability: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Certification: Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing, education).
