Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team at Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

About the Role

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales teams, including preparation of sales quotations and RFQs, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating communication between sales teams and other relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily operations, including preparing sales quotations and RFQs, and responding to customer inquiries
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Coordinate communication between sales teams and other relevant departments
  • Handle quotation to invoice process
  • Track all inquiries
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • Possess 1-2 years of related sales coordinator/sales admin experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office
