Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at ATEIS SE PTE. LTD.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales-related activities, including coordinating shipping and tracking sales orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • This role requires strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, respond to sales inquiries, and resolve any sales-related issues that may arise.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to sales inquiries and respond promptly
  • Contact potential customers to arrange appointments
  • Making follow-up calls to request sales reports, confirm sales orders, or delivery dates
  • Manage order processing and coordinate shipping
  • Track sales orders to ensure they are on schedule and delivered in a timely manner
  • Resolve any sales-related issues with customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents
  • Organize exhibitions and prepare marketing materials

Requirements:

  • NITEC, Diploma, or any relevant customer service background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator
  • Mature, keen to learn, positive, trustworthy, and dependable individual
  • A detailed person with meticulous planning skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently
  • Attentive, friendly, and service-oriented

Estimated Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,500 per month (dependent on experience)
