Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Properties Leasing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for leading the leasing function and maximizing rental income and occupancy rates. This role involves securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, and managing lease renewals. You will also oversee day-to-day functions of the department and provide supervision to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the leasing function to achieve maximum rental income and occupancy rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including securing new tenancies and negotiating leases.
  • Manage and maintain good tenant relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and budgets to inform business decisions.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a University degree, preferably in Real Estate or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience is required, along with excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. You must also possess good knowledge of the tenancy documentation process for leasing and be able to work independently in an evolving environment.
