Sales Executive

Space Faculty is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Space Faculty team. This role will be instrumental in expanding our reach and impact within the burgeoning space education and training sector. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with educational institutions, government agencies, private companies, and individuals interested in our cutting-edge space-related courses and programs.
Responsibilites
1. Sales Execution:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, and online research.
- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our Space Faculty offerings.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
2. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with your counterparts at key organizations
- Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
3. Market Analysis & Business Development:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the space education sector.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activities.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing materials.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to improve and create new courses.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales execution.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education, training, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the space industry and its educational needs (preferred).
- Excellent presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
