Job Title: Key Account Manager

 

Are you a results-driven professional with exceptional customer management skills? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are ever the same? We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key strategic customer accounts driving benchmark satisfaction levels.
  • Serve as primary liaison between customers and the organization in support of customer maintenance activities.
  • Establish service levels and manage suppliers (repair facilities) to customer expectations.
  • Oversee contractual management of key customer accounts, including negotiation and contract renewal.
  • Own, maintain, and drive action items for assigned customers to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Accountable for managing contract financial performance.
  • Work across multiple complex engine models, navigating difficult technical challenges to obtain service resolutions.
  • Provide direct support to customers and customer executives on high-visibility events.
  • Navigate through multiple global regions and cultures to identify the best solution for each customer.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or related field.
  • 10 years of customer-facing experience in a similar role.
