Desktop Engineering Position

This role is responsible for delivering end-user computing solutions that meet business needs and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop engineering, with expertise in deploying, configuring, and managing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software distribution, operating system deployment, and patch management.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT and 5-7 years' experience in end-user computing and desktop engineering roles within a related industry.
  • Strong technical skills, especially in areas related to end-user computing including desktop, Microsoft Office O365, MDM/Intune, SCCM, application packaging, Windows GPOs, Windows AD & Infrastructure domains.
  • Experience in developing reporting dashboards for hardware asset management.
  • Added advantage if possessed knowledge in endpoint compliance and security controls. Experience in implementing and managing end-point security products.
  • Excellent analytical skill with proven ability to work well in a challenging technical environment, multitask while delivering high-quality solutions.
