This is an IT support group looking for a talented Corporate Services Co-ordinator to join our team. The role involves supporting the administration of the day-to-day operations of the corporate services functions and duties.
Key Responsibilities- Handle telephone calls and attend to visitors/guests of the company
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes and emails received through general email addresses
- Handle maintenance of office equipment (excluding printers, IP phone system & imaging system)
- Receiving, documentation & prompt forwarding of product complaints to local responsible person
- Update of employee manual, organization structure, organization chart, contact lists & upload onto Intranet
- Maintain personnel records using the HR filing system
- Issuance of Letter of Undertaking for staff inventory (ie. office keys, medical card, etc.)
- Claims & staff travel administration
- Submission of monthly HR reports & SMO checklist;
The ideal candidate will have a minimum GCE 'N' level and at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Outlook, Prosoft & SAP Successfactor is an advantage.
