Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful professional to support the effective management of talent development programs for undergraduate students. The successful candidate will work closely with colleges, schools, offices, and vendors to coordinate training sessions, workshops, and mentoring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of talent development programs to enhance student engagement and academic success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of initiatives with institutional goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Talent Scholarship Applications:

  • Support the development of marketing and promotional materials for scholarships and other talent development opportunities.
  • Assist in managing scholarship application and selection processes to ensure fairness and transparency.
  • Maintain engagement with scholarship recipients and provide administrative support throughout their educational journey.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Humanities, Communications, or related disciplines from a recognized university.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting or managing talent/leadership programs, scholarships, or large-scale student initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with IT systems.
  • Able to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
