DESIGNATION : Talent Management and Development Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Director, you will lead talent acquisition and development projects in driving HR talent management strategies and initiatives across the EtonHouse group of schools.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement an in-house Young Talent Programme: Design and implement talent programme. Ensure that all the selected talent undergo a talent development programme.
- Talent Identification Matrix: Construct a rigorous Talent Identification Matrix to objectively evaluate and select prospective talents, incorporating reliable tools and methods to validate and enhance selection accuracy.
- Talent Development Program: Create and execute a tailored Talent Development program designed to elevate the skills and performance of our key talents, fostering their professional growth within the organization.
- Career Progression Planning: Develop a personalized career progression strategy for our pivotal talents, providing a clear pathway for their advancement within the organization.
- Performance Metrics: Establish relevant and measurable metrics to assess the efficacy and accomplishments of the Talent and Succession Plan, enabling data-driven improvements and refinements.
- Support the Group CHRO and HR Director in managing the full or partial spectrum of HR functions in Singapore
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are legally compliant and aligned with best practices
- Co-Lead and collaborate with the HR team in implementation of HR Management System
QUALIFICATIONS
