**What the role is**
- The Human Resource Division oversees Human Capital Management, Learning & Leadership Development, and Organisation Development in the Ministry. As trusted adviser and strategic partner to other divisions in HR matters, we strive to make MSF an “employer of choice” to fulfil our mission of building a society that is cohesive and resilient.
**What you will be working on**
- We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Talent Management team in the Human Resource Division. Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, your key responsibilities include: - Talent Management & Succession Planning: Facilitating the identification, management, development and retention of competent and professional leaders and officers for succession planning and organisation growth - Business Partnering and Career Development: Supporting talents as their key partner to facilitate their development via various development interventions such as milestone programmes, talent attachment programmes and job postings. - Data Analytics and Insights: Researching, reviewing and recommend best practices to drive robust talent management and development practices
**What we are looking for**
- Core Competencies - Innovative individual who thinks out of the box to find solutions for existing and anticipated challenges - Keen learner with good digital and analytical skills leverage data insights to proactively propose sound recommendations to develop a robust talent pipeline to support organisation goals - Strategic partner with strong engagement and collaboration skills to work in close partnership with various stakeholders - Effective and result-oriented team player with strong multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines Other Requirements - Tertiary education in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration, or related disciplines - At least 3 years of relevant experience and knowledge in Talent Management or Business Partnering - Prior HR experience in the public sector and familiarity with Civil Service policies and guidelines will be an advantage
