**What the role is**
- You will be part of the team taking charge of HDB’s talent management and career development initiatives and programmes.

**What you will be working on**
- Your responsibilities will include partnering key stakeholders in building up HDB’s leadership pipeline through talent identification and career development initiatives. You will also support the shift towards a competency-based approach to HR, by establishing the groundwork for competency assessment across different professions. This would involve working with stakeholders to develop and contextualise functional competency frameworks and detailed job profiles, put in place competency assessments, and review and implement measures and initiatives to build up staff competencies and professional capabilities within HDB.

**What we are looking for**
- You should possess strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal & written communication skills, and be able to engage effectively with stakeholders at different levels. You should also be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, and possess strong attention to detail. Relevant HR experience would be an advantage.
