At the moment, we're in search of a
Talent Sourcer
to identify and attract top talents for open positions.
Important point:
employment is part-time.
What you have to deal with
Source candidates for open positions using a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals;
Screen candidates to assess their skills and experience;
Build and maintain relationships with recruiter and hiring managers;
Stay up-to-date on the latest sourcing trends and best practices;
Track and report on sourcing metrics.
What we expect from you
6+ months of experience as a Talent Sourcer in IT company;
Strong understanding of the recruiting process;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to multitask and work independently;
Intermediate level of English.
