Job Summary

Our organization seeks a seasoned Application Development Lead to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the development of cutting-edge card-based payment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in network compliance, wallets, virtual cards, tokens, and key management, as well as strong technical knowledge of the credit cards ecosystem and processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with development, testing, and production support teams to design, develop, and implement efficient card-based payment solutions.
  • Work closely with critical departments within the organization, including System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Center Operations, and Change Control groups.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across different regions, including ASPAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in the credit cards domain with expertise in network compliance, wallets, virtual cards, tokens, and associated key management.
  • Proven experience as an Applications Development Manager or Solutions Analyst specifically within the Cards domain.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Credit Cards ecosystem and processing, with an in-depth understanding of Authorization processing being a significant advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Effective project management skills, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly across different time zones to support stakeholders.
Technical Requirements
  • Strong mainframe technical skills, including COBOL, JCL, CICS, MVS, DB2, ZOS, Connect, ICSF, and various debugging tools.
