Responsibilities:

  1. Build a card-as-a-service (CaaS) product for fintechs, exchanges and web3 platforms to plug-n-play and offer card issuance to their end users
  2. Work with Engineering and Design to optimize client configurations, user journeys in the onboarding and payments flow, as well as the backend flow / automation on order processing, settlement and automatic reconciliation
  3. Own related operational metrics such as payment success rates, client integration time and other SLAs
  4. Drive strong decision-making through quantitative analysis, and qualitative research (including competitor research) and customer insights
  5. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to scale the business while vouching for best-in-class client and end user experience

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in debit/credit card product management, in building end-to-end card payment solutions for major fintech platforms
  2. Domain knowledge in card payments, digital / ewallet payments and related services
  3. Possess superior analytical and quantitative skills, and have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
  4. Demonstrate ability working in a data-driven environment and moving metrics to reach KPI goals
  5. Skilled communicator and can collaborate effectively with breadth of stakeholders including Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Design and executives
