Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Card Payments Product Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and managing card-as-a-service (CaaS) products for fintechs, exchanges, and web3 platforms.

About the Role

This position involves:

  1. Product Development: Developing and optimizing CaaS products to offer seamless card issuance to end users;
  2. Collaboration: Collaborating with Engineering and Design to enhance client configurations, user journeys, and backend flows;
  3. Metric Management: Owning operational metrics such as payment success rates, client integration time, and other SLAs;
  4. Decision-Making: Driving decision-making through quantitative analysis and qualitative research, ensuring best-in-class client and end-user experience;
  5. Partnerships: Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to scale the business while maintaining exceptional client and end-user satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Expertise: At least 2 years of experience in debit/credit card product management, with expertise in building end-to-end card payment solutions for major fintech platforms;
  2. Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge in card payments, digital/wallet payments, and related services;
  3. Analytical Skills: Superior analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage hard data and metrics to inform decisions;
  4. Data-Driven Environment: Experience working in a data-driven environment, moving metrics to achieve KPI goals;
  5. Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Design, and executives.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of card payments, digital/wallet payments, and related services, as well as excellent analytical and quantitative skills. They will be able to drive strong decision-making through data analysis and qualitative research, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional client and end-user experiences.
