As the **Financial Product Manager**, you will own the full lifecycle of DeCard’s core payment product. You’ll be responsible for **crafting the benefits strategy,**engaging with **key partners like Visa and Mastercard**, and driving innovation in how fiat and crypto are integrated into card-based payments. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines product vision, technical insight, compliance acumen, and a user-first mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end product management for DeCard’s financial card offering — from concept to launch and iteration.
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Own the **card benefits strategy**, including **reward structures**, tiering, and value-added services.
- Manage key external partnerships with **card networks (Visa, Mastercard),**issuing banks, and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in key jurisdictions, working closely with Legal and Risk teams.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver a top-tier user experience that bridges fiat and crypto.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor performance, user feedback, and analytics to drive continuous product improvement.

**Qualifications**
- 8+ years of experience in product management, ideally in fintech, payments, or digital banking.
- Strong knowledge of **card payments infrastructure**, **issuing/acquiring**, and network partnership management.
- Experience working with **Visa/Mastercard**on co-branded products or fintech integrations.
- Familiarity with **crypto payments or Web3**technologies is a **plus**.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven, with experience in user research, A/B testing, and metrics-based decision making.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling products in fast-paced environments.
