**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the evolution of our core infrastructure, enhancing the user experience and ensuring smooth functionality across all product lines.
- Oversee the management and optimization of our identity verification services to ensure cost-effective and user-friendly solutions.
- Lead initiatives to centralize data storage and management for better accessibility and utilization by internal teams.
- Drive efforts to streamline and optimize the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as engineering, compliance, and risk management to align product strategies.
- Utilize strong data acumen to make informed product decisions and drive innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership in managing a product team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the financial services or tech industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Deep understanding of data structures and account-related operations.
- Experience with identity verification services and KYC processes.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to navigate and adhere to compliance requirements.
