HR and Administration Executive
Job Description:As an HR and Administration Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly payroll and CPF submission, as well as year-end IR8A submissions. You will also act as secretary in board meetings and admin meetings, including preparation of minutes in both English and Chinese versions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for administrative work such as preparing committee meeting documents, ordering stationery and office supplies, managing staff insurance, all-risk and public liability insurance renewals, conducting recruitment interviews and managing the hiring process, including preparation of employment contracts, communicating and explaining temple HR policies to employees, administering and verifying staff leave, claims and benefits, managing staff training and developments, applying foreign workers passes and related MOM issues, maintaining personnel files and HR records related to compensation, health and medical insurance, ensuring that HR policies and practices are in accordance with Government Regulations and Employment Act, liaising with government bodies (CPF, IRAS, MOM) and ensuring compliance to statutory requirements, representing the organization in ISO internal audits, and performing other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a diploma in Human Resource Management and at least 3 years of relevant working experience. You should be able to work independently, have good interpersonal and written communication skills, and be able to type Chinese characters using Hanyu Pinyin input. It would be advantageous to have hands-on experience in HRMS.
You should also be comfortable working in a Buddhist temple environment, be able to work on some public holidays or weekends, and CNY or important temple events. Furthermore, you must be bilingual in both spoken and written English & Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
