Job Description:
As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing customer inquiries and technical documents to determine project needs. You will design feasible technical solutions utilizing our company's offerings and create detailed proposal packages comprising technical write-ups, system architecture diagrams, bills of materials, pricing summaries, delivery timelines, and terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries, requests for quotations (RFQs), and technical documents.
- Design feasible technical solutions utilizing our company's offerings.
- Create detailed proposal packages.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Organize and contribute to internal reviews of technical and cost aspects.
- Assist Sales teams in securing management approval.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a solid understanding of our company's offerings and be able to design and implement innovative technical solutions.
