Analyzing technical data and making recommendations for technical solutions is crucial in this role. This involves understanding the Technical Variance request and providing commitments on dates for draft availability and eventual release of documents to stakeholders.

You will attend meetings with customer groups to seek solution approvals and perform technical execution, approving documentation as a competent author.

  • Deliver high-quality outputs to required cost, quality, and timescales.
  • Understand and respond to Technical Variance requests.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.

Requirements:Essential Skills:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  2. Knowledgeable of Aero-Engine, its modules, parts, and terminology
  3. 1.5 - 2 years work experience
  4. Demonstrated ability to successfully interface with external customers
Preferred Skills:
  • After-market engineering support exposure
  • Experience working with Rolls-Royce process and Aero-Engine products
  • Ability to exercise engineering judgement to identify safety/reliability/cost issues and provide solutions
