As a Technical Architect in the Innovation Hub, you will be working at the forefront of Microsoft innovation, helping customers create and implement a vision and strategy for their digital transformation. You will be an integral part of their transformation journey, a technical leader who is challenging their ways of thinking and helping them realize and adopt the benefits of our Cloud. **Responsibilities**:

- ** Deliver exceptional customer engagements**: Based at your facility location, you will prepare and deliver engagements to enterprise customers that are both technically deep and inspirational. These include strategic alignment and envisioning sessions, architecture design sessions, and building of rapid prototypes, and hackathons. You take a holistic view to leverage capabilities across the entire Microsoft cloud platform. You will work with account teams and other technical folks across Microsoft to maximize customer benefit and accelerate deals success.
- ** Solution design**: Using your technical knowledge, architectural approach, consultancy skills and our methodology to win a customer’s technical decision to buy and use Microsoft solutions and cloud services.
- ** Set vision**: You will use your passion for customer experience and technical depth to craft for customers an inspiring digital vision, across all Microsoft workloads, as well as deeper engagement in your core technology specialism. You will make this digital vision real using the architecture skills of you and your peers to provide a complete solution.
- ** Build strategy**: You will map the agreed customer vision into a strategy for implementation, resolving concerns, removing technical blockers, and validating a strong business case for investment. You will work with the customer, wider account team resources and our partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation.

**An expert in Data & AI, including Generative AI**:Solve customer problems and help them see the future as they transform to meet the future of AI and data. Articulate the transformative potential of Microsoft Azure, including generative AI related services such as Azure OpenAI. Highlight the comprehensive suite of data services, including databases, analytics, machine learning, AI, and business intelligence. Accelerate the customer’s digital transformation journey by leveraging Microsoft’s Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Cognitive Services, and ML/AI platform. Create modern data architectures that provide increased agility to meet the evolving demands of the customer’s business. Emphasise the possibilities of the Microsoft Azure Cloud, particularly focusing on data and AI services, including Databases, Data Lakes, and cutting-edge generative AI capabilities.
