Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a high-performing customer service team
- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to drive business growth
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels through effective issue resolution and escalation management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decision-making
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certifications such as CRM, Quality Management, or Coaching/Training would be an added advantage
