You will play a pivotal role in scaling AI-driven customer service solutions, focusing on large language models (LLMs) to analyze chat conversations, improve classification coverage, and boost bot adoption.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain real-time data pipelines feeding AI models in the customer service domain
  • Design, implement, and optimize LLM prompts for better chat conversation analysis
  • Collaborate with operations to stabilize LLM solutions on cloud or on-prem environments
  • Conduct A/B testing and iterate to improve LLM accuracy and performance
  • Develop backend services and automation scripts using Java and/or Python
  • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure data security and privacy
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate constraints
  • Document workflows, prompt templates, and best practices clearly

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience with Java for data processing and pipeline development
  • Skilled in SQL/NoSQL, ETL pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools like Airflow
  • Proficient in Java or Python, Hive, and Spark SQL
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
  • Background in LLM or NLP projects highly desirable
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, fluent in English
