Water and Wastewater Development Executive

Are you a results-driven professional with a strong technical background and proven expertise in sales and marketing within the water and wastewater treatment industry? Do you have a track record of driving business growth in the Southeast Asia region or similar markets?

We are seeking a highly disciplined, energetic, and self-motivated Water and Wastewater Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities in water and wastewater treatment, recycle/reuse systems, and resource recovery management across Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, and South Korea.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in water and wastewater treatment, recycle/reuse systems, and resource recovery management.
  • Partner with Process and Proposal teams to craft robust business plans tailored to regional markets.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance sales and market presence, including pricing strategies aligned with customer budgets and procurement processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, managing pre-qualification processes and technical specifications effectively.
  • Perform SWOT analyses for water treatment plants (WTP), wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), recycle/reuse projects, and related chemical solutions.


Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics) from a premier institute.
  • 5-12 years of progressive experience in business development, preferably in the global water and wastewater treatment market.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth within the Southeast Asia region or similar markets.
  • Highly disciplined, energetic, and self-motivated with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and deliver results under challenging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Quick learner with adaptability to acquire new skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a focus on achieving collective goals.
