Requisition ID: 31784- Job Location(s): Singapore, SG Petaling Jaya, MYWe are looking for an experienced **Regional Business Development Manager** to drive growth across the sales and service business within the **Danfoss Drives** segment for the **_Water & Wastewater vertical_**,** ensuring an increasing market share through direct & indirect channels within the **Asia Pacific region**.

Reporting to the Head of CORE Business API DDS, you will be strategically agile and assume full responsibility for the product range, enhancement of market share in the **food & beverage** segment through the region. You will be responsible for all activities related to **Water & Wastewater** segment including but not limited to sales, business development, pricing, marketing, CLI, global key accounts to ensure growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Responsible for driving profitable growth targets, market share development and new business development within W&WW vertical
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve financial targets for the region
- Execute focused plans for strategic markets where we can grow faster and profitably
- Key account management and new OEM and business development
- Responsible for overall customer experience and perception of Danfoss, as measured in the Customer Loyal Index (CLI) through the delivery of our brand promise and corporate initiatives.
- Drive marketing initiatives for Water & wastewater vertical in the region
- Coordinating with global stake holders and act as the bridge between local and global Water & Wastewater teams
- Work with local sales team to enable and secure business

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering & master’s degree is preferred
- 10+ years of prior experience in a similar role working with direct and indirect channels within the** Electrical/Drives** Industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales in **Water & Wastewater in Drives or allied industries like Pumps, turbo blowers etc.**:

- Basic knowledge of **Electrical/Drive technologies**:

- Experience leading a culturally diverse team
- Superior business acumen and strategy deployment
- Relationship management skills, problem solving and flexible mindset to adapt to changes
- Proven experience operating in a matrix organization
