Foreign Worker Manager

This role is responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of foreign workers. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating with site staff to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process payroll for foreign workers and renew/cancel work permits as required.
- Effectively manage worker records, including maintenance of HRMS, HR folder, and personal files.
- Coordinate on-boarding of foreign workers, including offer letter preparation and orientation training.
- Update staff and worker daily movement reports promptly.
- Perform monthly payroll computation, ensuring accuracy of working hours before processing.
- Prepare and disseminate cost charging information to respective projects.
- Key in cost allocation in payroll system and handle back-charging of costs between entities.
- Assist in workers' sick leave and medical claims matters, follow up on government application of foreign worker levy waiver, and check passport expiry dates periodically.
- Manage worker dormitory matters and follow up on manpower request from project sites.
- Handle subcontractor billing and back-charging of costs.
