Foreign Worker Management Specialist

Job Summary:
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of foreign workers at clients' worksites. This includes monitoring their job performance, attendance, and discipline.
This role requires effective command and control to ensure that workers adhere to company policies and regulations. You will make recommendations for disciplinary actions and execute them accordingly.
The position also involves managing workers' daily attendance, including issues related to work performance, unauthorized absence from work, and medical reporting in collaboration with the Site Management Unit.
In addition, this position entails managing new arrival workers' performance reviews in conjunction with the Workers Recruitment Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the management of foreign workers at clients' worksites.
- Maintain effective command and control of foreign workers deployed to clients' worksites.
- Make recommendations and execute appropriate discipline actions for non-performing foreign workers.
- Responsible for executing discipline house rules for foreign workers.
- Manage workers' daily worksite attendance including worksite performance issues, unauthorized absence from work and medical reporting jointly with Site Management Unit.
- Manage new arrival workers' performance review jointly with Workers Recruitment Department.
- NITEC or higher qualification.
