
Foreign Worker Manager

This is a key position in our organization, requiring exceptional organizational and administrative skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of foreign worker management, including payroll administration, work permit renewal and cancellation, workers' home leave administration, and other areas of support.
Responsibilities- Process payroll accurately for foreign workers in a timely manner.
- Renew and cancel work permits for foreign workers efficiently.
- Provide effective support in foreign worker management to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with site staff on workers' work permit matters to ensure compliance.
- Follow up with purchase or cancellation of workers' bond guarantees to prevent any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of workers in HRMS, HR folder, and personal files.
- On-board new foreign workers by preparing offer letters and conducting orientation training.
- Update staff and worker daily movement reports promptly.
- Perform monthly payroll computation of foreign workers, including normal pay, allowances, overtime pay, salary advances, and deductions.
- Verify working hours and reconcile errors before payroll processing to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare payroll and costing reports and disseminate cost charging information to respective projects.
- Handle back-charging of costs between entities and administer MYE application and related matters.
- Assist with workers' sick leave and medical claims matters, including verification of bills and follow-up with hospitals.
- Follow up on government application of foreign worker levy waiver to ensure compliance.
- Monitor workers' passport expiry dates and follow up on foreign worker performance appraisals and updates accordingly.
- Handle worker dormitory matters and follow up on manpower requests from project sites through paperwork.
We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently, and possess strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills. The ideal candidate should also have experience in administration, payroll, data entry, HR policies, resource management, human resources, requisition, employee relations, sourcing, performance management, and able to work independently.
The successful candidate will be proactive, efficient, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
