Recruit and renew workers’ work permit
- Repatriation of workers
- Liaise with project sites on all workers matters
- Liaise with manpower agents for recruitment, renewal, medical checkup, SOC course, etc
- Arrange workers’ accommodation
- Updating of foreign worker’s address in OFWAS and WIC insurance in MOM portal
- Register and terminate PCP for foreign workers
- Arrange external labour supply for project sites
- Arranging coretrade course for workers and the necessary submission to BCA
- In-charge of WIC claim for all work injury cases on sites including submitting i-report to MOM and claim to insurance company
- Maintain updated workers details in database
- Updating of monthly reports (eg. Manpower, absenteeism, EHS, work injury records, training, etc)
- Register biometric fingerprint for new staff and remove access for resigned staff
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $40,005.00 per month
