About the Role:
">This role offers a challenging opportunity to excel in key account management, driving sales growth and operational efficiency. As a Senior Sales Executive for Key Accounts at KAIMAY TRADING PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in alignment with our business objectives.

- You will be accountable for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to drive sales performance.">
- Strategically plan, implement, and evaluate promotions to optimize cost efficiency, sales growth, and volume effectiveness.">
- Manage promotional spending to ensure it remains within allocated budget limits.">
- Collaborate with key account buyers to receive updates, facilitate promotional activations, and conduct periodic reviews.">
- Inform the Customer Service and Accounts Departments about confirmed promotions to ensure proper invoicing and claims alignment with channel buyers.">
- Supervise and support the Sales Executive in driving operational effectiveness of the sales team.">
- Ensure the Sales Executive communicates updates on promotional activations and display guidelines to the sales team during monthly internal sales meetings.">
What We Offer:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in key account management or a related field.">
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.">
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.">
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.">
- Dynamics and inventory management experience is an asset.">
- FMCG industry knowledge and channel management skills are highly desirable.">
- Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).">
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.">
Working Environment:
