
Hotel Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our pre-opening team as a Room Attendant. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that strives for excellence in guest experience.
- Clean and refresh guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring every room is welcoming and thoughtfully prepared.
- Ensure all amenities are replenished and room setups reflect guest preferences, making each stay memorable and tailored to individual needs.
- Assist guests with requests, whether it's an extra towel or a warm smile, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Report maintenance issues and room status updates to your supervisor promptly, maintaining seamless communication within the team.
- Handle lost and found items with care and follow proper logging procedures, upholding the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys and service pantries with cleanliness and adequate stock, guaranteeing a smooth operation.
- Support deep cleaning projects and special room setups for VIPs or events, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment when required, prioritizing both guest and staff safety.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest service, embodying the spirit of teamwork.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hotel room operations, preferably in a 4-5 star setting.
- Pre-opening experience is a plus, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness, upholding the hotel's high standards.
- A friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude, providing exceptional customer service.
- The ability to work efficiently and manage time well, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Physical fitness and comfort with standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A team player who takes initiative and communicates clearly, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
