Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Development Director to lead our planning and execution of facility upgrades, driving the future growth of our centre.

This role involves overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, and project execution across various development projects. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from concept design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans for all centre development projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and timely completion
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize project efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in facilities development and management, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Related fields
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple project stakeholders
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
