Job Title: Strategic Facilities Operations and Development Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee facilities maintenance operations, asset enhancement initiatives, and project development within a large-scale commercial environment.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance operations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and building systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability targets are met across facilities.
  • Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and periodic audits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Lead asset enhancement initiatives, renovations, and capital improvement projects from concept through to completion.
  • Oversee feasibility studies, design reviews, budgeting, tendering, contractor management, and handover processes.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal policies.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or Architecture; advanced degree or certifications is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including maintenance management and project development, ideally in commercial or mixed-use developments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Proven experience in managing technical teams and external vendors/consultants.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
