
Front Office Supervisor

A high-performing Service Delivery Manager is required to lead front office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office personnel, implementing operating procedures and service standards, monitoring room inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments on guests' special requirements and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Front Office Operations: Oversee the daily activities of front office personnel, ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests.
- Implement Operating Procedures and Service Standards: Develop and implement effective operating procedures and service standards that enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor Room Inventory Levels: Regularly monitor room inventory levels, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action to prevent losses.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with various departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales, to ensure guests' special requirements and requests are met.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in MS Office and hospitality software.
