We are seeking a seasoned Regional Funding Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through strategic partnerships and funding initiatives.
The Funding Partnerships team is at the forefront of our company's expansion plans, and we need someone with expertise in partnership project management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Drive Partnership Project Timelines: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of partnership projects.
- Liaise with External and Internal Stakeholders: Build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Develop Standard Procedures: Work with Operations to design and implement standard procedures and workflows for partnership management.
- Track Business Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize funding partnerships.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in finance, business analytics, or a related field. Your expertise in SQL, data analysis, and stakeholder management will be invaluable in this role.
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, IT, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial services, with knowledge of lending products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation, quick learning ability, independence, adaptability, and experience managing cross-functional projects.
