We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth through market research and strategic partnerships.

As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying emerging opportunities in the semiconductor industry, focusing on front-end processes and special gases.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to align customer needs with product offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, including front-end semiconductor manufacturers.
  • Collaborate with our HQ to promote gas equipment solutions and provide regular market insights and business reports.
  • Support local contractors for equipment delivery and maintenance services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in front-end processes and special gases.
  • Strong Japanese language skills to communicate effectively with our HQ and clients.
