With a proven track record in strategic selling and account management, you'll build partnerships with existing and new partners to drive revenue and margin growth. Executing operational plans for Collaboration Transformation products and options is essential for business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with existing and new partners to drive business expansion.
  • Support Relationship Account Managers during the initial sales process, especially for Global Account customers.
  • Own ongoing analysis of metrics and business performance to produce weekly reports and relevant actions.
  • Assess and mitigate risks through effective contingency planning.
  • Identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities through cold-calling efforts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or sales within the UC/AV industry (software and hardware).
  • Strong understanding of Collaboration Transformation technology and its application in meeting customer requirements.
  • Negotiation and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 accounts and building strong relationships is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Territory management skills are vital for success.
