About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Digital Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive digital roadmaps, aligning with investment strategies and fostering visibility across teams.
- Foster Partnership & Collaboration:
- Serve as a strategic partner to divisions and markets, ensuring business goals and priorities are articulated and translated into actionable digital objectives.
- Collaborate with North Asia Governance and Planning team – leverage frameworks, governance and planning models – ensure that specificities are captured, documents are clearly articulated and shared.
- Understand business needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Roadmap Development & Alignment:
- Develop and maintain digital roadmaps for markets and divisions, aligning with investment strategies.
- Leverage understanding of business priorities, ROI, and KPIs to set and achieve long-term goals through agile product development.
- Prioritize features and tasks based on business value and customer impact.
- Function Governance and Planning:
- Create function governance structures to ensure Digital Solutions contribute to regional goals.
- Orchestrate key planning cycles (MPT, Planning, strategy) and drive planning process for Digital Solutions and Regional requirements.
- Lead budget management cycles and ensure alignment with North Asia and Tech on shared platform inputs.
- KPI Management:
- Monitor and enhance KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives: Stakeholder Satisfaction Score, Value Realization Score, Roadmap Completion, Portfolio ROI, and Budget Management accuracy.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including clienteling, CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate digital concepts, strategies, and roadmaps.
- Proficiency in working across multiple stakeholders from business, digital, and technology teams to drive overall strategies.
- Experience with project management, and agile methodologies.
- A pioneering spirit, matched with reverence for traditions that define Chanel.
- Cultural sensitivity and strategic agility required to navigate diverse and ever-evolving digital landscape.
