**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a senior e-commerce technical specialist to support our global clients with their digital platforms.

The role involves providing advanced technical assistance, resolving complex issues, and optimizing platform performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Technical Support: Providing in-depth guidance and troubleshooting services to ensure system stability and high availability.
  • Issue Resolution: Conducting root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimizing application performance to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Cloud Support: Supporting clients on cloud-hosted platforms (AWS, Azure) and recommending improvements.
  • Documentation: Documenting troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commerce architecture and implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java, JSP, and REST APIs.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Excellent client-facing communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a global support environment with 24/7 availability as needed.
