As an e-Commerce Specialist, you will create and implement strategies that translates to successful online transactions.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage company’s presence on Shopee, Lazadaor Shopify, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
- Compose and editproduct content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Implement promotions, discounts, and campaigns to increase conversion rates and average order value.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and website traffic patterns to make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Optimize product listings, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and in line with SEO best practices.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are adequately stocked and available for purchase.
- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues promptly to maintain positive brand reputation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Product Development, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business.
- Have a solid understanding of online retail platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify, and possess strong analytical and technical skills to drive our e-commerce initiatives forward.
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to interpret data and make informed decisions.
