Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized E-commerce Operations and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including preparing orders, managing online listings, and handling customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tiktok is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.

In addition to operational responsibilities, the E-commerce Operations and Digital Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. This includes curating engaging content, developing brand/product launches, and collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
