Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Facebook Marketplace.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders on a daily basis through online platforms, maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision, meeting tight deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee stock intake of products from pallets arriving, updating inventory management systems accordingly.
  • Update product quantities and expiry dates on online platforms in real-time.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize revenue and minimize waste.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer trends, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

To succeed as an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will need:

  • A minimum GCE 'N' Level/NITEC qualification or equivalent.
  • A minimum 1 year's experience in e-commerce operations and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or Facebook Marketplace backend systems.
  • A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proven work experience in areas of IT platforms or ability to learn quickly.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office/Excel.
  • A solid understanding of online marketing strategies and sales analytics.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
