We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.

Job Description

This role involves managing customer orders, both online and offline, while collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations in our growing e-commerce business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Marketplace and website activities management: Liaise with marketplace account managers, monitor performance, and engage with customers to optimize results.
  • E-commerce sites content management: Create compelling content by editing images, captions, and descriptions for e-commerce sites ensuring consistent presentation.
  • Product listing management: Coordinate with the internal team to maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Order processing: Ensure timely fulfillment of e-commerce and social media orders, tracking and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Shopee, TikTok shop).
  • High initiative and positive attitude, able to work independently and as a team.
  • Knowledge in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and basic tools (MS Office, Excel, Canva).
  • Able to work minimum 2 Saturdays in a month.
