Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our online sales strategy, you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational excellence of our storefronts, ensuring a seamless customer journey from browsing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize product listings across all e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy in information, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Work closely with the Order Fulfilment team to streamline order processing and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Reconcile platform transactions and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with the Finance department.
Campaign & Promotion Execution:
  • Develop and execute compelling sales campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, conversion, and average order value.
  • Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of offline marketing initiatives, such as roadshows.
Customer & Corporate Programs:
  • Serve as the primary point for resolving customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and refunds in a timely and brand-positive manner.
  • Own the Corporate Employee Purchase Programme (CEPP), including new program development and implementation.
