Senior E-commerce Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior E-commerce Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce strategy, with experience in conceptualizing, budgeting, and executing demand generation campaigns. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to oversee the operations and performance of our e-commerce platform, ensuring functionality, usability, and an optimal customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and implementing a holistic e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities in line with market trends and competition.
  • Supervising the upkeep and enhancement of our e-commerce website, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Introducing enhancements to website design, navigation, and functionality for improved performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year e-commerce experience.
  • A positive attitude, commitment, and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency with Google analytics and various social media monitoring tools.
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
  • Experience and proficiency in setting up and running e-commerce sites or platforms.
