Sales Administrator and Operations Coordinator

At The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator and Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Sales Support
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely delivery of sales-related documents, including Proforma Invoice, Contract of Sales, Sales Order Confirmation, Quotation, and other sales-related materials.
Operations Coordination
- Prepare and follow up on procurement coordination tasks, ensuring efficient management of suppliers and logistics.
- Liaise with regional offices for sales and marketing-related matters, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist the business support team in coordinating travel arrangements, including hotel and flight bookings, visa applications, and submissions.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to directors, handling telephone inquiries, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.
- Manage domain emails, ensuring prompt response to customer queries and internal communications.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Certificate in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration and coordination, preferably with past working experience in a secretary role.
