Establish Regional Presence

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful self-starter to establish our footprint in APAC. As a regional business development manager, you will be responsible for pioneering into new regional markets, driving business development, and planning/executing our go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate should have an inner calling for an entrepreneurial challenge to thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include working closely with management to set business development vision, formulating strategic work plans, championing growth initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop and refine negotiation and pitching strategies
- Build valuable connections and establish long-lasting relationships with clients
- Promote our profile and enhance our brand through trade fairs, exhibitions, and events
- Analyze data to infer consequences and present sales reports to management
- Audit and review sales methodology and processes
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and invoices for customers
- Renderr after-sales support and gather customer feedback for improvement
- Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution
- At least 5 years of technical sales experience with business development in software and technology industry
- Strong awareness of APAC market situation and industry trends
- Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy
- Good sales planning skills with a proven track record of sales target achievement
- Sales driven and proactive in providing recommendations and solutions
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written communication skills
- Adeptness to thrive in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
