Job Title: Financial Services Director

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee the establishment of a regional finance function, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various entities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Financial Reporting & Consolidation
      • Develop and implement comprehensive financial reporting processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
      • Perform multi-entity consolidation across Asia and Europe, maintaining compliance with IFRS and SFRS standards.
      • Ensure timely generation of a complete set of accounts, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and notes.
    • Statutory Accounting, Tax & Audit
      • Manage corporate tax computations and filings in Singapore, adhering to IRAS requirements and regulations.
      • Coordinate statutory and internal audits, fostering strong relationships with external auditors.
    • Treasury & Working Capital Management
      • Oversee banking operations, FX exposure management, fund transfers, and cash flow forecasting.
    • Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and support business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA) is required.
  • 7 to 15 years of progressive finance experience with multinational exposure.
  • Strong experience in multi-entity consolidation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and reporting tools.

Excellent communication skills and Mandarin proficiency are desirable. Willingness to travel occasionally for international finance support.
